helpful staff earlier check-in parking inconvenience inconsistent housekeeping
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They provided good recommendations for local attractions. i also appreciated the earlier check-in i received, it helped me settle in quicker.
I found the parking situation to be somewhat inconvenient. The garage was across the street. also, the housekeeping service was inconsistent. My room wasn't cleaned one day despite having the service sign up.

great location helpful staff clean room uncomfortable bed awful pillow filthy sock
the location was certainly something. it is very close to everything (i found it quite convenient). the staff were nice and very helpful. the room was clean.
the beds were not very comfortable. pillows were awful (so soft they were just flat). i found a filthy sock under my son's bed.
